is based on GNU-Clib/syscall (mostly POSIX calls, on Linux machines), provides
basic 'system objects' for C++ programmers to program in Object-Oriented way.

.Extra-Low burden. Except the few added and considered paramount, programmers
are basically ready to use. libwy has no interests hiding tempered POSIX API,
because no general purpose library can satisfy high demanding applications
