runtime error 367 with VB 4.0/32 - please help !!!

Hello !

After installing (Install Shield Express) and starting my own VB-program
i've got an error message like this: "runtime error 367 the control
GRAPH32.OCX could not be loaded or registered". The OCX-file is in the
program-directory and in the windows\system-directory too. What can i
do? Please help !!! I can't be online until friday ... so it would be
very kind, if you send me an email Ingo.Sc...@t-online.de too ;-)
