VB error 20510 "Invalid formula name" --- Please help

Dear ALL,
I have an error number 20510 which I couldn't find in VB 4.0 help files or
Knowledge Databases, etc.
It happens when I am trying to open one of the Crystal Reports (the first
one is opening fine).
I'll appreciate for any help.

I had the same problem with my report. Use the share statement in your
autoexec.bat if you are you using vb4 16 bit. Also make sure you get
the update patch from Crystal for vb4. Another way to avoid this error
is to redesign your search criteria so that you can perform it from the
database perspective and not from Crystal. It worked for me!
