True DBGrid Pro 6.0

Hello,
I am building a visual basic 6.0 program that employs the True
DBGrid from Apex/ComponentOne. Printing from my 98 machine is fine,
printing from the testor's 2000 machine is fine, but printing from the
boss's xp machine...not so fine. It errors after the print preview
screen has been clicked on to print.
Code:
TDBGrid1.PrintInfo.PageSetup
TDBGrid1.PrintInfo.PrintPreview
Has anyone run into this and found a solution? Any help is
appreciated,

I had a simular problem with my ULTRGRID2, to print preview's, but adding
IGprint.dll to my PDW package solved it.

Thanks, Jens, for pointing me in the right direction. Our application
needed an updated .dll, then updated hp 4050 drivers to conquer the
page coming out as a big black box instead of the grid.
