There is a public domain S370 assembler. Some years ago, I got a
copy from the NasPA system, but you have to be a NasPA member to access
it. If I recall, the file name was PC370.something. If you can't find
it, email me and I will see if I can get a copy and forward it to you.

There is/was another freeware mainframe assembler for PC-DOS, written by
Amdahl and Delta Airlines. It was on Delta's Web server I think. Alas, I no
longer have the URL. The zip archive was 4 or 5 megabytes in size, so it was
a mother of a download.
