Minimum 10 years experience programming embedded systems
Minimum 5 years experience managing at minimum 5 people

USB, flash media, ARM, SCSI, graphics, ThreadX, ATA,
configurable software systems (branding)
Scope: Factor software development projects into constituent parts
to produce a software schedule (initial schedule - weekly
monitoring is not part of this role). Define software system
architectures for projects for which they lead
Ensure work implemented by the reporting team members is
technically sound.
Review and approve requirements and design documents for the
developers reporting to them. Take part in employee reviews
annually. Any time not spent leading the team will be spent
designing and coding software.
