Location: Louisville CO
Duration: 6M

Skills: 3+yrs exp on a technical help desk.
Must be proficient in MVS (mainframe) OS
system/platform/applications.
Knowledge of Unix and NT a plus.
Ability to analyze problems from a systems perspective and
isolate to hardware or software to bring problem to a
resolution.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a constantly changing environment
Self-starter
Ability to work with a team.
Knowledge of StorageTek products would be a plus.


Scope: Project Title * Technical Help Desk
Project Description * The Technical Excellence Center
answers technical calls in support of StorageTek products.
These positions will provide frontline OS Hardware support
and require at least three years experience on a technical
help desk. Must be proficient in MVS (mainframe) OS
system/platform/applications Knowledge of Unix and NT a
plus. Ability to analyze problems from a systems perspective
and isolate to hardware or software to bring problem to a
resolution.
