Scope: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Person will be responsible for the design, implementation
and monitoring of test and reliability hardware, validation
of first silicon and revisions on test equipment and bench
equipment, correlation of bench to ATE setups to ensure
proper test coverage, run qualification studies for
reliability and monitoring. You will need to work closely
and effectively with field applications, design, marketing,
applications and test on yield enhancement and customer and
product needs. You will also coordinate prototype and
production sample builds, assist designers with information
on new and changing products, analyze failure modes and
develop corrective actions to new and current products.
