Acting as a Senior Project Manager on a large scale E.piphany Genesys
Implementation.
E.piphany / Genesys CTI Applications Integrator to be responsible for
the architecture design, programming, technical leadership, and
deployment of an E.piphany / Genesys CTI solution. This position
requires experience in the full life cycle of software design process
including requirements definitions, prototyping, design, interface
implementation, testing and maintenance. Must be familiar with both
UNIX and Windows environments.
E.piphany / Genesys CTI Applications Integrator, the individual must
have appropriate training and certifications, as well as a proven track
record of successful projects, and be seen as a strong problem solver.
The selected individual will provide primary applications support and
file management support for the integration
of E.piphany and Genesys Framework in support of the roll-out of CTI
Screen-Pop to seven Contact Centers.
Skills Requirement:
Must have experience acting as a Senior Project Manager on a large
scale E.piphany Genesys Implementation. This must be clearly stated in
both the resume and summary.
Additional responsibilities will include:
1. Support E.piphany and Genesys applications programming development
and test environments as well as manage migrations through test to
production.
2. Perform analysis, develop or review specifications and test plans,
execute test plans and document results.
3. Understanding of Java and J2EE architecture for Genesys components
that are interfaced with Java applications.
4. Master of Genesys CTI interface to IVR such as UNIX based
configuration management systems. For example, can perform IVR driver
Installation and configuration in Websphere Voice Response unit on
UNIX.
5. Ability to troubleshoot problems coming out of the CTI-IVR interface
and CTI-CRM interface. The CTI-CRM interface is Java based.
6. PC proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, Visio and
Business Objects
7. Must be able to produce detailed, accurate technical documentation.
8. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and presentation
skills
9. Self-motivated, adaptable to change and able to function effectively
in a team environment
10. Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively as well as
function with no supervision, under tight deadlines, and demonstrate
initiative in problem solving.
Experienced in troubleshooting application, software, and hardware
issues in a multi-site, CTI-enabled, call center environment. Ability
to troubleshoot Genesys integration components in a Nortel, IBM
DirecTalk, and Intervoice environment
Must be able to work on a W2 without sponsorship
Relocation is possible for right candidate
No telecommuting. Work is done on site in Owings Mills, MD
