Summary:
Provide recruiting expertise in Americas Staffing Organization supporting Total Solutions Group (TSG)managers in meeting their employment needs. Counsel managers on the use of staffing systems and processes, including required approvals. Source and recruit candidates using a variety of means. Guide candidates through the hiring process and serve as the initial link to HP programs and information. Seeks to strengthen HP's diversity through hiring programs. Support team and ASO special projects and outsourcing deals as needed. Support specialized programs. Work cooperatively with the business global workforce planning managers. Provide regular reporting to the Recruiting Manager and Global Workforce Planning Managers. Back up teammates as needed.
Additional Information:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Human Resources or Staffing and 4-6 years of related experience working with consultants and managed services.
Must be able to multitask, work independently and set priorities.
5-10 Years in outsource or consultant recruiting environment highly desired
eRecruitment specialist
Must be able to handle a wide variety of positions and high volume while provide high level of service to corporate managers.
Executive level hiring skills required
Expertise in compensation and benefits
Understanding of employee and manager coaching/counseling, organizational development principles, teambuilding, conflict resolution, consulting, and facilitation. Must be able to provide high levels of service following ASO protocol.
Recruitsoft Experience required.
