Manufacturing Development Engineer Required Education:
Bachelor Degree

The qualified candidate must possess a strong SMT process and Design to Manufacture (DFM) engineering background. The process engineering background should include solder paste technology, solder printing, SMT placement equipment, reflow technology, wave solder, SPC, component technology, and SMT repair. The DFM background should include familiarization with Valor, CIM, and DTM systems. They must be self motivated, have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong statistical background, and be able to work with minimal work instruction. The candidate will be expected to deal with multiple programs, issues, and shifting of priorities. They must be able to interact professionally with development engineering, qualify, technical operations, and manufacturing personnel. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills should include MS Excel, MS Word, and Power point.
