**RN or BSN highly desired** This position will focus on coding of adverse events from clinical trials in MedDRA (Medical Distionary for Regulatory Activities). Candidate should have relevant work experience in medical coding. Experience in the pharmaeutical industry preferred. Identify when terms or drug names are inadequate, ambiguous or unclear for coding purposes and direct query generation. Identify and resolve coding discrepancies. A working understanding of the medical coding process is required. Knowledge of Clinical Data Management processes is preferred. Working knowledge of MedDRA, COSTART, WHO-ART and/or HARTs is strong;y preferred. Working knowledge of Oracle Clinical TMS is a plus. Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects and priorities. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Flexible hours considered.
