Description: CAI, Computer Aid Inc. CAI currently has openings for an Applications Developer with Strong XML Experience in Dearborn, Michigan.

Required Skills:
*5 years IMS
*3 years CICS
* 3 years New development
* 5 years Cobol
*2 years MQSeries
*2 years IMS performance tuning / IMS Explain, BMC Apptune
*2 years Formal SDLC process including reviews & sign-offs
*1 year experience with XML Extender and Info Print software running on Mainframe ZOS
*Mainframe, distributed, and/or web based system design and development
*PC Fundamentals (E.G., MS OFFICE)
*Programming languages(E.G., OS-390 COBOL XML)
* XML experience
*Experience with XML Extender software
*Experience with InfoPrint software
*Experience with distributed and mainframe application integration
*Designing, developing, implementing or supporting moderately complex information systems and/or insurance applications
*Planning and managing small to medium sized technology project teams
*Building or supporting mainframe or distributed systems
*Structured systems analysis, design, programming, and

*Strong written communication skills to include procedures and technical material preparation

Job Description:
Participates in full SDLC for new software code. Analyze business requirements. Perform gap analysis. Develop detail design. Document test cases. Construct source code. Execute test plan. Participate in formal review sessions. Assist in integration test, system test and user acceptance test. Provide detailed estimates of work effort.

Education:
COLLEGE LEVEL COURSEWORK OR FORMAL TRAINING IN COMPUTER SCIENCE,



CAI requires pre-employment drug testing and background screening.
