Job Description:
As a Sr. Marketing Coordinator, you would be participating
at small to medium sized tradeshows in the form of meeting
rooms, room blocks, booth space, special events, speaking
engagements, FCIA partnering activities and pavillions. This
position supports all areas of the company in order to
insure consistency and cost savings. You will also work with
the Tradeshow Manager to coordinate and manage large
tradeshows.
Position Description:
Your position will require researching and maintaining the
Tradeshow Calendar on the website. You will be in charge of
decorations, electrical, equipment rentals, setting up and
tearing down, and material shipping and receiving. Arranging
food and beverage requests, and transportation when needed.
You will also be in charge of inventory, warehousing,
upgrades, loans, and tracking properties to various
departments within the company. (Relocation assistance is
not available.)
