Requirement Specs; VB on b/end w/ Visiual Studio C++.
Requires Full-Life-Cycle dvpt. experience.
This is an International biz app. merging multiple
apps into a new SW suite in 14 languages. Now
Powerbuilder v.8 & 6.5 with Sybase adaptive Server An
Job Description:
* Independently plans/ executes detailed phases of a
large project or of a total project of moderate scope.
Independently evaluates, selects, and adapts standard
techniques, procedures, and criteria. Prepares reports
on work results. Work problems are such that they
require a seasoned application of computer science
tools, and knowledge gained from previos work
experience. Independently performs most assignments
with overall instructions on expected results.
Assesses product requirements to determine system
design. Monitors progress relative to schedule for
completion of functional devices or systems. Ensures
that product design and related documentation meets
requirements. Develop software. Mentors others in area
of expertise. May supervise associate engineers,
programmers, or technicians on assigned work.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or 8 years related experience
required. Plus 8-10 years related experience required.
Advanced software application skills required. 2-4
years PowerBuilder/ C++ experience, JAVA, HTML,
project design/ specification skills, and a thorough
understanding of Object-Oriented design/ development
methodologies required.
