BLC Inc. has an immediate requirement for Web Portal Project Manager
for one of our Federal Government clients.

Summary of mandatory requirements:

* Mandatory Bilingual: French and English

* Education: Engineering or IT/Computer Science

* Strong technical skills

* Solid experience with:
- GOL, CLF
- GOC
