Job Description:

Consult in and provide network design. Perform desktop hardware
network and software integration, installation, and training.
Provide on-going technical support and management in a multi-
network environment. Diagnose and resolve a desktop, server
and network system problems. Will be trained in a wide variety of
software, servers and networks. Fast-paced, changing and
growing environment.

Experience:
---------
Experience with very large networks a plus
Help desk experience would be beneficial
Application software would be beneficial
Strong logical and analytical reasoning ability
Excellent people and communication skills
Network installation and support experience
Microsoft and/or Novell certified

Skills:
---------
Experience with SNA/, X.25, IPX/SPX
Experience in telephony, e-mail systems, Internet servers,
firewalls, network management, network security
Experience with wide-area network protocols including TCP/IP,
ATM, Ethernet, Token ring, FDDI, 10/100BaseT
Some hardware repair and cabling
Windows NT working knowledge

Industry Experience:

3-5 years related industry experience
