Summary of mandatory requirements:
- Mandatory Security clearance: Enhanced Reliability
- Fluently bilingual (Oral, Reading, Writing, French & English)
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of SAP PS Help Desk
(call centre) support in a Federal Government department
- Demonstrated experience coaching and training users in SAP PS
- Demonstrated experience in the use of remote
"Take Over" tools such as NETOP
- Experience in use of call tracking tools such as HEAT or REMEDY
- Professional communication skills and presentation
