Need consultant for ClearQuest to Dimensions migration

We are seeking a consultant to assist us with converting ClearQuest
data (defect records) to Dimensions (change documents), as part of our
migration to Dimensions.
Essential duties:
- Assist with the scripts/tools required to take the ClearQuest export
data and import it into Dimensions via PDIFF.
- Assist with validating the ClearQuest data imported into Dimensions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience migrating ClearQuest to Dimensions.
We already have the ClearQuest to Dimensions defect record data mapped
on paper which means the "what goes where" part is already done.
Our Dimensions environment is 8.0.4.1 on Oracle 9i, residing on one
Windows 2000 Server. Our ClearQuest environment is 2000.x on SQL
Server 6.5, residing on one Windows NT4 Server. We are located in
Chicago, IL.
