Summary of mandatory requirements:
- Experience with industry research into current and
emerging technologies and trends
- Experience with using and programming in the context
of Standards on Web Management Content
- Experience with Oracle 8i, Access and SQL
- Experience with JAVA/ J2EE
- Experience with XML and HTML, UML & XML Schemas
- Experience with Unix, Linux and Computer Infrastructures
