How can I get newsgroup postings automatically emailed to me?

Hi,

Does anybody know how I can get newsgroup postings automatically emailed to
me? Basically, I want every thing from a specific newsgroup emailed to me
as it's posted.

I already looked at "Doctor Bob's Guide to Offline Internet Access" FAQ, but
his suggestions were not what I need.
