Extracting parts of web page

Hi,

I am looking for a online service (a web page) which can return parts of
web pages bounded by a start end end search criteria. You specify a URL
and the two bounding criterias (probably using regular expressions) and
the web page will then grab and extract the parts you need.

I need it to reduce the amount of data from certain sites when browsing
the internet from the minibrowser in my mobile phone. Often the needed
information is hidden deep inside loads of "noise" (menus, navigational
stuff, ads etc) which you may not think much about using your regular
browser, but on the tiny screen on the phone it gets very difficult to
find and read the information, like the weather forecast or currency lookup.

I have tried to find such a service in vain. Does it exist at all?

Otherwise I will have to make it myself :-)
