Thanks for the response, but it's not what I'm looking for.
I'm a home user on MS Windows 98, and I need something more
basic that I can download and install. Any more ideas?
I think this is more along the lines of what your looking for. It
keeps a running total of incoming and outgoing bandwidth as well as
per session totals.

Try and reload windows OS or better still use a lower version like WINDOWS 98
I had the same problem but I reformated my computer and it worked. I
was then able to click on any link and it opened a new window browser.

I had the same prob, but I tried the MS Knowledge base and what it
says on the following link worked....
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;180176
It says that it is for ie4 only, but it also works on winXP + IE6
sp1...
Try it..
