Hello.
Why does YouTube's iOS app require camera and microphone access when I
only want to upload my recorded videos? Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook,
etc.'s apps don't do this in my iPhone. Am I missing something?

Because Google is a spy company that wants to know more about you.
Can't you just use Safari to access YT on your iOS device?
