Is there a blocked senders list in gmail? So I can see addresses I've
blocked.

No, I haven't found a way to see the list in Gmail, which contains the

same contacts as in Google Talk client. Even the Gmail exported address
list doesn't contain them.
But here's a tip that might work for you: in Gmail I have tested adding
a blocked address to a group I have created myself named "Spammers" and
I have also added the comment "Spammer" for that contact. Or simply use
the Gmail filter functionality where you can add/delete addresses.
