Google is no longer posting DMCA letters on chilling-effects site?

Out of mild curiousity, I've lately tried to follow the links to
chilling-effects.org when ever I come across a google-search result that
was pulled due to a DMCA take-down notice.
Google (or chilling effects) doesn't seem to be posting the details (the
actual DMCA take-down letter) any more.
Here's an example:
http://www.chillingeffects.org/notice.cgi?sID=155448
Instead of seeing the letter, I always see this:
The cease-and-desist or legal threat you requested is not yet
available. Chilling Effects will post the notice after we
process it.
Not yet available.
They never seem to become available.
Anyone know what's going on here?
