HTTP Server for Macs Available for FTP

A preliminary version of MacHTTP, a HTTP (WWW) server for Macintosh
computers, is available for anonymous FTP. The program requires System 7
and MacTCP and requires less than 128K of memory.. It is still under
development but is stable enough for general use. It's been tested with
XMosaic as a client and handles serving text and binary files, including
GIFs.

Please send any comments or suggestions for enhancements to me (see .sig
for address).

MacHTTP 1.0d3 can be found on oac.hsc.uth.tmc.edu in the file
