I am looking for the binary of Apache 1.3.19, but I can't find it anywhere?
I went to Apache.org :

http://httpd.apache.org/dist/binaries/linux/

I also tried to look for www.rpmfind.net to get RPM, but couldn't find it.
Can anyone tell me where to download?

Snowy

http://httpd.apache.org/dist/
You can download the source and build it from source. There's very good
documentation enclosed to walk you through the process.

Try apache.org, I recommend you compile it yourself!

You may want to look at the --layout=Redhat option to configure.
I'm not sure it is perfectly up to date, but it should be close.
(Or you could just ditch the redhat paths and use the apache
ones.)
