Help me with mod_ssl !!

Hey People;
1 Day i was trying to get mod_ssl to work then i found someone that had to
recomplie mod_ssl into the server for me. But the Problem is that i want to
Upgrade the Server. So i dont know how to recompile it again into the
Server. So can someone tell me a way to Complile the Module as a DSO so that
i can just Copy and Paste then put the

I don't think there's a way to simply load mod_ssl.so since besides
mod_ssl.so, u will require another independent package called "openSSL".
Plus, a plain vanilla apache would be compiled with API and not EAPI which
is needed for mod_ssl. Best would be to go to www.modssl.org and go from
there, the instructions are *very* clear.
