auth ntlm and anon in case of failed ntlm auth

hi,
we have setup ntlm-auth with winbind mod_auth_ntlm_winbind. this works for login/user authentication in our intranet.
what we want to have is an anonymous login if ntlm-auth failes for some reasons, eg. no domain user, client not able to send ntlm-auth, other failure etc.
so we want to have ntlm-auth as first try, if this failes we don't want to have any error message or password-popup but have the user access the intranet as guest.
