Apache reverse proxy remap url

Hello everyone, I have a problem, I have now approached the world of apache reverse proxy and I am only partially successful. My problem is to set up an ssl reverse proxy which called a url

http://www.miosito1.com/console (server1)

the reverse proxy must redirect to the following url

http://www.consoleapp.com/ (server2)

I have made several attempts but nothing, can someone point me or give an example of how I should set the configuration?
