Unicode fonts with WGL4

I need to be able to read Unicode-encoded web pages that use some
characters in WGL4. Specifically I have not been able to view the
roman characters such as 'a' with a line above it.

It seems Netscape 4.x does not allow one to specify additional Unicode
fonts. So I am trying Mozilla M14 and I installed and selected the GNU
unifont. However, I am still not able to see all the variations of the
Roman characters.

Do I just need to install some different Times Roman font under X?
Which one and where? My reading assignment is due tomorrow and I'm
getting a bit nervous :-).
