KERNEL32????Help

I tried to install IExplorer 3.0, every thing installed fine-- I downloaded
it OK, it's in the right directory, I also have a version of IExplore 2.0
and it runs fine. I do know that it is has some conflict with another
program, this O3H in KERNEL32 is the problem. I don't know how to fix it
though. If someone could help me trouble shoot it by e-mail, I would
greatly appreciate it. I do know a little about the registry, well actual
just how to copy and save it. If you can only give me some pointers or just
where to look on the web to fix it, it would mean alot to me.

The only reason why I am asking this news group is because I live in
Yokohama, Japan. No support for English OS here. I would buy a book on how
to fix it but, I couldn't find any here in Japan.
