Mozilla browser - reverting edited wiki pages

I do lots and lots of documentation editing using wiki based pages.
I notice that if I make a second edit to a page, the previous edit appears
to be being reverted, so that second edit undoes the changes made in the
previous edit. (It looks as if the browser is keeping a cache of the page
before the first edit, and using the unedited cached page for the second
edit, thus losing the first edit).

From what I can tell, this appears to be most noticeable on instiki based
hosts, but there may be others affected.
Is anyone else seeing this problem?
I have recently updated my browser to Debian iceape version 2.0.7
(squeeze/testing)
