How to auto-refresh a webpage?

Not my own webpages, but ones I am visiting. (I already know about the META
REFRESH tag for html in my own pages.) Specifically, what I need to be able to
do is to stay logged-in to my stock-brokerage account without having to
constantly hit the reload button. The connection times out after 3 or 4
minutes, then I have to log-in all over again. So, I would like some kind of
utility that will auto-refresh/reload the page every few minutes.
