Seems like a misnomer. If I understand correctly, the CSS isn't
naked, it's removed. So it's really a "naked HTML and scripting" day.
Wouldn't "Naked CSS" be a site consisting solely of CSS, which means
the only actual content would be what the "content:" feature
provides?
