Site Designer/ Graphic Design/Artist Wanted

Hi,

I'm a java ( back end ) programmer, and I'm working on a non-profit /
free time website. Functionally, my site is very good. However its
totally void of graphics / design or any kind of creative thought.

Would anyone be interested in doing the creative side of the site (
pref. not templates ). I couldn't pay them as such; should it go live
there would be a share in any advertising revenue.
