probably sets of a seperate animation for the N logo in netscape in the source.
just an easter egg.

That'll be a encypted link, that'lll be. Hey - perhaps a hacker out
there can tell us all how to set up our own netscape activity
sequence?

I should of tried this tag out before I said anything. It doesnt work like I
said it did (sorry). However if you open the URL:

about: mozilla

That will cause the effect of changing your icon to a Mozilla spitting fire!

I'm not sure if this message was sent to find out what this does, but
I just found out and will reply anyway. If you're using a Netscape browser,
and
it encounters this tag, the animation of shooting stars in the Netscape icon
will change to an animation of a Mozillla spitting fire! This will only work
for X-Window based systems though.
