selina sols and perlshop shopping cart

I have been trying to get both selina sol's and perlshop shopping cart
cgi script to work on best.com. I keep getting the "document contains
no data" error. I think this must be a permission problem but I can't
figure it out. If anyone has any ideas please share them with me.

I'm really not familiar with any of these scripts but you can do 2
things:
1. Check if the script is running from command line (if it doesn't then
there's a problem with the script itself).
2. If it's a perl script check the perl's path at the top maybe it's
wrong?
