cgi permission problem (sun)

anyone know why i get the following premission error when trying to
access a perl script in the httpd cgi-bin directory? the calling form is
http://www.mbnet.mb.ca/~cmckin/links/links.html, it's chomd 755 and the
perl script is chmod 777)... also the clickable/cgi-bin is linked to the
httpd/cgi-bin.
