Multi display Kiosks

Does anyone know if it is possible to setup a kiosk system with four
displays that is run by one computer running Windows XP? I believe the
one unique feature would be the ablity to hookup four touch screen
displays to one computer. Can it be done? If so, what type of
hardware is needed?

Oh, I am developing the software myself.
