Hello friends ,
Recently I made a TIN model of my university with the help of CAD
data inside arcGIS .
Now I need to drape the orthophoto as a simple move towards creating
virtual reality .
But as they both have different projections so , it doesn't
drape . How can I get them to common spatial reference and drape .
I tried georeferencing orthophoto but when I export it , the image
blackens away.

I would appreciate smart answers.

For display purposes, having different projection is not a problem.

Use the "project" tool to convert from one projection to another.

What do you mean by "blackens away"? You may want to play, in the layer
option, with the type of scaling it does.

For "3D", try ArcScene... you can play with the light source as well.

Thanks Jean ,
As I will try it soon and can you tell me about the functions
of
3d rendering , what workouts should I perform in order to gain
reality.
