2 - It is Independent of any Commercial Software Package, or Code
Library
3 - It is Built by Individuals and Not Supported by any Organization

and We have subscribed by Elshayal Smart GIS in StartWithGoogle
competition and
Unfortunately, it could not pass the first step of the competition,
while other
Simple, and just Viewer GIS applications have passed the first step,
and I just
want to know my scoring, and I have received the following Email from
