or two to feel comfortable digitizing in Arc on a PC. This means learning the
software, the networks, the problems you can run into....
Analyzing the data and determining what you want to get out of the software may
take a little more manual reading. A lot depends on the person's previous
experience and the nature of the dataset, I'd think.
