URGENT: MITAC MSC-3680A BIOS Upgrade Needed

I have a MITAC MSC-3680A Full-Size PICMG-Bus Celeron Single Board
Computer on which I need to install Windows 2000 Pro. Unfortunately, I
have been unable to do this successfully. After much troubleshooting,
I determined that the problem is that the SBC requires a BIOS upgrade.

I have been unable to locate *any* support information or BIOS
upgrades for this SBC on the Mitac web site (or the entire web, via
Google search, as a matter-of-fact). I have also sent a message to
Mitac at www.mitacservice.com and am awaiting a reply.
Meanwhile, I thought I'd try the newsgroups...
