Given a typical American consumer with DSL or Cable, how
long will it take to download and see a ten-megabyte photo,
after clicking a link to it in their browsers? (Assume that
it is being served by a behemoth like Google or Microsoft or
Amazon so that latency on the server is not the bottleneck.)
