Although you are only supposed to order the standard from Global
Engineering (stupid EIA regulations), one of the pioneers of CEBus,
Grayson Evans, has the latest version of the standard here on his
website:

As for useful websites... not many come to mind. The CIC site
(www.cebus.org) has undergoning a minor revamping lately, but is still
not as good a resource as it should be. Other websites include:
www.domosys.com
www.intellon.com
www.smartcorporation.com
