Does anyone know if any company makes a split wall jack, where the top half is a 110 volt plug and the
bottom half is a coax plug? or any configuration of this, I just need one of each in the same recptical.

Never heard of such a device. There ane no electrical codes that would allow
retrofit mixing of 110vac and low voltage circuits in the same box anyway.

Now SmartHouse has a special code approved multicircuit cable and boxes,
but you would need to retrofit everything.

Just bit-the-bullet and install another box fro your low voltage stuff.

I've seen a cover plate that goes over 110V outlets and has two F
connectors off to the side in a raised section. It's one cover plate for
both AC and TV F connectors. There is also a version for AC and Modular
Phone Jacks. The LV stuff goes through the drywall, staying out of the
wall box.

I've seen them at OSH (SF Bay Area chain of stores) and probably elsewhere too.

You are not allowed to mix the two in the same box. This is why it is not made. The
person who recommended the outlet plate is correct. The coax still remains outside
the electrical work. You can also get them with a phone jack/coax combo.

National electrical code does not allow coax and 110 volt outlets in the same box or devise.
