spying on network

Hi all

I have computer in my room upstaires and my brother has one in his
room downstaires.

We both use the same phone line to connect to the internet.
I was wondering is it possible to view what he is viewing.

Of-course I can connect to the internet when he is online and its the
same for him. The reason for wanting to be able to do this is

1, For fun

2, I have a feel he has my user name and password for my email
account.

so its time to get my own back !

There's always a program like winVNC that is free and, if you can
install it on his computer, you can view his desktop and even take
control while he is working on it. The other thing you could do is
monitor the web pages he visits by making his computer share his
history folder and mapping or connecting to that folder. You aren't
on winNT are you? Because if you are, all he needs to do is look at
his server application to realize you are connected to his machine.

Remember this software should not showup in taskbar(bottom right corner) as active.

Well the first that you must identify is:
+ Do you have a link (network) between both machines?

Then,
+ you must install a software like radmin (30 days trial) in your
machine and in his machine(http://www.radmin.com/radmin21.zip) and
configure it to begin automatically and silently.

If you have a link between both machines it's trivial.
+ Whenever do you want to spy his activities you must activate the
Radmin viewer.

If your machines doesn't have a direct link.
+ You must obtain a second internet account (it's not so difficult).
+ You must install a IP notifier in his machine to know his actual
public IP (when his is connected to internet).
+ Activate Radmin and begin the spy.

It's clear?
