any groupware solution or similar software to Zoho Creator?

Hi there,

I've been looking for an alternative to zoho creator which allows to
build web applications very easily by clicking but also scripting.

I couldn't figure out any other web application like "online offices"
or wikis that had the same or similar function. I did not try hard
on groupware and CMS but still wanted to ask! Maybe anybody has a
hint?

So knows anybody something like Zoho Creator? Do You know any
alternative (just by accident ;-)

I don't like Zoho for them hosting my data in general so i want a
solution for my own server (e.g. xampp, IIS)
